AnnuityValue is a web-based application that generates annuity values quickly and easily. When the annuity factors are generated they can easily be copied into a spreadsheet or other application.

AnnuityValue version 3.1 is our standard product.   All annuity values are determined using a single interest rate for all durations.

AnnuityValue version 6.1 is our newest product and contains the ability to derive annuity values with varying interest rates for up to 3 segmented duration periods!

More than 50 mortality tables are provided with an option to add as many as you like!   See the standard mortality tables for a list of mortality rates included with the purchase of AnnuityValue.  

The mortality table library has been updated to include the RP-2000 Mortality Tables for years 2000 and 2007.
